Believe me when I tell ya, Wise Tire Everytime I need service , they don't hasitate making an appointment , sometimes it's same day service sometimes the next day. Wise Tire Everytime time has given me excellent service plus it didn't cost me very much, and believe me there has been time were I thought it was going to be high, and sometimes it's pricey, but you cannot beat the accuracy, and excellent mechanic service, So I don't mind paying for it. The Staff are always very good, Jo works her tail off, and so dose all the others too. Do yourself, and your wallet a favor go to Wise Tire. Mr Berenyi

My steering wheel shakes while driving 55 mph +. This problem has been ongoing every since I purchased new tires and new front left wheel studs from Wise Auto in June 2018. During my last visit, I paid for an alignment. However, I still have the same problem.

Jo and the technicians provided great service. They were knowledgeable, timely, helpful, friendly and showed concern for the problem I had with my car. They were very reassuring. I definitely plan to seek their service for a future need.

The service was good. My only complaint is that there was a wait to get services performed.

I had a flat tire. I did not know that there was no spare. I called Wise who ordered a tire to be available the following morning. I checked the next morning and was told the tire was in but it would better to come in later because of the fact that all of the staff was busy. Arrived at appointed time and still had to wait about an hour. Staff was very friendly and I was satisfied with product.

I am a returning customer and pan to use them in the future.
