Good work as always.

Have been coming to this location for almost two years for my routine maintenance and repairs. Purchased new tires roughly 18 months ago and have put on approximately 20k miles since then. However, have been having issues with a leaky tire so we dropped the car off for service. For some reason was charged for a tire patch job despite my tire still being under warranty. It was a shame that my fiance had to drop the car off and wait while I was at work because I feel like the man at the front desk may have tricked her into believing that had to pay for this service.

Maybe it is not part of the normal oil change but I was bummed to learn a week later that both my steering fluid, brake fluid and windshield wiper fluid were all at low levels. Considering they were already under the hood I can't imagine why it wouldn't have been mentioned.

Probably will go back for the free tire rotations but I plan on trying to find another place for more routine maintenance and oil changes.

Mike & Dan have always been knowledgeable and very helpful when it comes to servicing our entire family's fleet, wether it be a work vehicle or a family everyday vehicle. They don't do work that isn't necessary just to make a buck.
They are very trustworthy and I don't trust our cars n trucks to any other auto repair.

It took 2 hours to get a oil change and tire rotation. The mechanic busted a lug post on my wheel and he and the manager didnt tell me until I asked what was going on. I have been a customer for 30 years and I must say their service is starting to decline.
