Great people with great service

As I was in the Customer Service business for years, tend to be rather hard on rating a business or service.

A 5 star rating is rare in my responses. Route 60 Garage earns one, hands down, for their expertise, honesty, time taken to explain why repairs are needed and assurance their estimate will not contain any nasty surprises in the end.

Since their opening have spent a couple thousand dollars in NEEDED repairs and received full value on every dollar. Have referred many people to them and got back very positive feedback and appreciation for the referrals.

I was very impressed by Route 66 and it’s staff. They got me in and out on a Saturday and did the work they said they were going to do. Everyone was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I really liked the follow up emails stating everything that was done on my car and any problem areas to be aware of. Will definitely recommend them to my friends!

Route 60 is my "go-to" garage for all of my cars, new and older. I have been coming to this location since they opened and have never been unhappy.
