Find a Local Mechanic

I took my vehicle in to get a Diagnostic done because engine light came on.They told me That I needed a new engine because my engine had an internal problem so it would be cheaper to replace engine and gave me a quote of almost $5000 to have it repair.I picked up my vehicle and had a second opinion done at a different place .My engine was dry on motor oil,added 4 quarts of oil.Light came off and vehicle is running fine.Route 60 Garage charged me $75 and didn't even checked oil level.

The transmission went out and was replaced with a salvaged transmission with less than half the miles of my original. Problem is it does not work smoothly. Although static tests (computer) are normal, the transmission kicks when it shifts, especially second to third gear. I have even felt it slip when shifting gears. I am having hard time convincing them there is a definite problem. They keep brushing it off. I only have a 90 day warrantee. I can bet this transmission will fail soon.

They are wonderful. From the moment you walk through the door until the moment you leave, they treat you with respect. Being a female I have gone to other mechanics and have been lied to and taken advantage, trying to over bill or make repairs that aren't needed. That doesn't happen at Toute 60. They are honest and provide great service.

Really like the shop and employees. They were helpful and trustworthy. Didn't feel gouged.

The people were very knowledgeable and generous explaining what needed to be done and what was done. The service was fast and complete. The price was fair and reasonable not exorbitant as were the prices at dealerships and other service places. I will recommend Route 60 Garage to my friends who need vehicle service.
