I moved to the area recently and needed to find a dealership to service my car. I did a quick on-line look and found ROI motors.

I called them to set up a 60K mile service appointment - The next week I dopped off my car.

When I return to get my car - based on their call telling me it is ready, the car is not ready. So I wait 30 minutes for them to finish up. When I actually get the car it was not washed - who does not rinse off your car after a service call.

The Service rep was very nice, but it seemed like there was confusion on who needs to do what when - they need to tighten up their operation a bit.
