Love my car! Really appreciated the sales rep - Kevin Johnson. Ask for Kevin if you go shopping at ROImotors! Only giving 4 starts because visiting the finance department was not fun. And I have a great credit score!

Very good experience. There was a thorough check to make sure all the needed work got done, and detailed notes on the invoice to explain everything. Also was very happy to be able to get a loaner car for the day as I needed to go to a meeting out of the office. Finally, the car came back to me with a very nice wash, always nice at this time of year.

ROImotors does a tremendous job at providing quality service from the initial call to set up an appointment, to arrival, service while at the dealership, and follow up. Their rep took the time to inform me as the service progressed. Never did a feel left wondering what was going on. I feel my car and I am in very good, capable, and caring hands at ROImotors. Thank you!

Tom from ROImotors worked with me over a multiple week stretch leading up to my purchase of the automobile. He was very helpful and resourceful with any questions and/or concerns I had. The overall process was quite smooth, and I love my new car!

I was very pleased with the service I received during my last visit. The issue, a faulty exhaust pressure valve, was quickly repaired and I was happy that it was covered under warranty without question. Everyone we met at this dealership was friendly and appeared interested in our business. Overall I was "more happy" rather than "less happy" with our experience.

We went down to look at new Jeep Wranglers because I liked my 2003 Wrangler so much I was willing to make the commitment and get a new one. "Just looking" became buying after loving the new models and their great customer service. They worked with us to get the right car at a great price. Thanks to Kevin on the sales floor we are loving the new rig. I'm quite happy with the service I have received and with the vehicle that I bought. Thanks again.
