Great job of oil change and checking on other fluids I where it was low.

I've had four experiences at Pioneers 66. I've gotten good repairs at reasonable prices, and the repairs seemed to fix my problem completely. I was especially impressed by the fact that for two minor repairs, they didn't charge me. It takes the mechanic time, even for minor things, so not charging me was (to me) a sign that they are dedicated to good customer service. If only more businesses understood that the extra effort to please the customer, it pays off in terms of word of mouth and more business -- and good reviews. The mechanics who didn't charge me was named Dave, by the way. The whole staff was professional and friendly.

I had my tires rotated and an oil change done. One of my tires had a faulty seal which they found and fixed at no extra charge. Very satisfied with this station😊
