Perry Brake & Muffler has always been HONEST with me and they are RESPECTFUL. They tell me if I really need to change or repair the part, or just keep an eye on it. I can always DEPEND on knowing what the price of the repair is before it is done. The prices have always been fair and competitive with the surrounding mechanics. I can also depend on the part being one of the best parts available, but also getting the cheaper price. Also, there is another service that Perry Brake & Muffler provides that as a woman with little knowledge of the workings of a car appreciates. Anytime I have a concern or just a question they will take the time to look at my car and give me sound advice. They don't always want me to leave my car for them to repair because, of course, some of my concerns are minor and don't need to be put on the lift to observe. They have even taken the time to drive my car and make sure everything is in good working condition and is safe to drive. I TRUST these mechanics to take care of my car and not overcharge. They are not out to just make money, they care about the person, their car and their safety.
