Great staff (managers and mechanics) and always great service.

Brought my car for check out the muffler. I thought it was a bit louder than usual. I waited for the car while a very very slow tech (which I could see through the glass) spend over half hour taking pictures of my car with an iPad. He then disappeared. Came back 10 minutes later, lifted the car, and went and had himself a smoke while sitting at a desk in the garage. I had told the front desk person I only had an hour but these guys took their sweet time. When I complaint, another guy showed me a small hole on the muffler pipe and proceeded to give me a quote in excess of $560 to replace the muffler, the flange, flange springs, labor, etc., etc. I understand times are hard on small businesses but they are hard on everyone. Had I sent my young unsuspecting daughter there she would had spent her entire weekly check on something that could have been fixed in five minute using a welder. I didn’t think I was treated fairly. I was charged $33 for the diagnose and left with nothing. Needless to say, I am very disappointed in this sort of business practice. I am a frequent Midas customer and would have expected better from them. This was not a pleasant visit. One that made me lose all trust in the company. By the way, I drove around the corner to the auto parts store and $10 later I fixed the issue myself. Thank you Midas.

Very expensive and always trying to get you to agree to have more work done. But they are not pushy.

The vehicle was serviced on time. The employees were courteous and helpful. They explained the report in detail.

They were friendly, but work ran longer than anticipated and i followed up with a second mechanic who had to fix some of Midas’ work

Staff did full brake analysis on recent grinding noise anfmd gave realistic advice.

Very accommodating in these times. I will look for oil change specials again next time.
