Great customer service, people skills, waiting area was nice and clean and they have a kids table where they can color which is ideal for my 2 and a half year old!One reason why I stopped going to the one in Saugus on rt. 1 was because the entire place wreaked of cigarette smoke, they were even smoking in the bay while working on the cars!! That is unacceptable in this day in age and I couldn't go there anymore. I got a coupon for the one in Malden for an oil change and even though it is further away, I decided to give it a try and I will continue to go back, I was very impressed.
