Honest and fair pricing with good explanations of what is wrong, what needs to be done to fix it, and long the process will take.
Informs you of any problems noticed or created when fixing the problem and offers option, if any, for correcting the new problem.
Willing to give quote/range of pricing for services that may need to be done in the future.

Can be hard to get in touch with do to the amount of work that is occurring on any given day.

First choice if I don't need my car right away or if it is inoperable.
