Had inspection appointment. They took care of every thing and gave a huge discount on needed service. Also made aware of upcoming maintenance.

They were nice and fast.. I got there a few mins before closing and they still took me without any issues for my inspection..I will go back

They got the job done, I just got new inspection sticker, I dont know if it was because I bought my service through Groupon and its cheaper, but the customer service is just bad, the guy is there im thinking was the owner, just is real rude and he doesnt have any customer service skills, so hard to talk to him, he kind of got mad when he tried to sell something else to me and I told him not in that moment, I understand is a business and they need to offer more.services or whatever they can sell, but I know is ways to offer the deals, he told me was a deal whatever he was trying to do in my car, I dont know anything about cars so first I need to ask my husband what he was talking about then maybe go back and get the service my car needs, but no with this guy, of course I wont come.back.....the whole time.I was there I.tried to talk ti him.ok and just understand maybe was one of those bad days but its just so uncomfortable talking to this kind of people.....By the way im thinking was his wife another lady was there she was really nice, that was my second time there trying to get my sticker it was already paid off so I had to come back the first time the machine wasnt working I tried to call, during the week after I went there, the same guy answer the phone a couple times I was trying to find.out when they will have the machine ready, this guy just real.rude say I dont know and hang up the phone....I dont know why u guys put your shop on groupon im guessing u guys want more customers and for this guy treating customers the.way he does o.dont.think.is the.rigth way to make.business........
