Recently moved to the area, and I chose Bird's because of the excellent online reviews. Everything went perfectly. I had to leave my car for a few hours for electrical/bulb work, and the office called me twice during the process to update me and give me options/cost before doing work. Certainly worth it, and I plan to return for any automotive needs I have in the future.
