Richard is NOT the cheapest Master Mechanic in Florence.... however when you leave his shop; you have no doubt that he did what he said and that the advise he gave you about your vehicle is spot on!! Even a simple oil change he checks all check able or serviceable components; then lets you know what is going on, and things to plan for in the future!!

He also does very neat and clean work and I think he cares about the quality of work he does.

5 Stars. My computer will freeze up from time to. Bird's automotive is the best. Mr. Bird will go over what is involved and the estimated time and cost. Can not go wrong.
