I have been a customer for a few years and highly recommend taking your vehicle to Bird's Automotive Repair..
Mr Bird has always treated me with respect, explained everything clearly regarding my car so that I can understand.
No one has serviced my car since I first went to Bird's Automotive Repair shop

The windshield wipers stopped working on my 1992 Ford Ranger. I knew it was the motor. Mrs. Bird called to tell me I needed the entire motor kit and they located a replacement at a junk yard. I drive the little truck almost everyday so I agreed to the over $500.00 estimate to repair it. A few hours later, Mrs. Bird called again to tell me that they could not move my truck out of the bay because it would not start. I needed a starter. I thought, starter, $50.00 more, okay. Then, a couple of days later, Mrs. Bird told me that the place where she found the windshield wiper motor kit broke a needed part while trying to remove it from the junked vehicle. She would try to find another place with the part but I could pick up the truck until she did. I picked up the truck the same day and I am presented with a $356.00 bill. That is a lot for diagnostics and a starter. A couple of weeks pass and I call to check on the progress to find the part, Mrs. Bird responds with, "Oh, we wanted me to continue to look for the part?"

This is so much different from my experience with Bird automotive a year ago. I am left looking for another repair shop.

The service was great and Mr Bird take his time to explain your issue and ensure he can handle the Job.
