Excellent as always. Recently purchased a 8th gen Civic coupe for my wife from Carvana. Had them check it out for us. They found several small issues and pointed them out to me. Inspection was very well priced and Trans service+oil change were also priced well. They used exactly what fluids I wanted and work was super clean. They have done work on several of my cars over a 3 year span and always super professional and clean. Would recommend Bird's over any other shop in the Florence area. I haven't found any other shop in the area that meet my standards; clean, professional, friendly, fair prices, no hidden charges, no BS up sales, solid knowledge base and a willingness to say when they aren't sure but they will find out. That last two are most important because, you don't want a know nothing blindly turning wrenches on your car. 5 stars all the way.

Birds automotive got my car running new again, I take my car to him to repair everything!! He back his work use top grade parts? So if you want it done right Mr bird is the place to be👍🏽😀He a little expensive but it's worth it having your car operating like it should be.
