Customer services is incredibly wonderful. They repairs are explained to you in detail. The mechanics take time to share and explain the reason for repairs and show the ware and damage that needs attention. Trust and integrity is the reason I go to them everytime I need a repair or scheduled maintenance.

For the most part, the car looked great, but the panel on the driver interior door had several black dirt streaks when I entered the car upon pick up.
When paying $175, I expect it to be perfect.

I love the customer service and courtesy of the personnel! I also appreciate the loaner car service too.

Auto Alternative is the best! They accept reservations, they will drop you off or pick you up, they have your car ready when they say it will be ready and they are reasonable! They are my first choice for our Honda Accord!
